The phenomena of electromagnetic and mechanical waves and their effects upon the visible world are the underlying theme behind my work for ‘I Create as I Speak’.

By working with non traditional materials such as magnetic tape, I have attempted to create an artwork that contains a sense of energy and movement whilst still being anchored to a particular point in space.

Due to the flexibility of the medium, the piece is in a constant state of flux that hopefully fulfils my goal of mediating the relationship and engagement that the audience and work share.
